Leo’s First Easter

Happy Easter! 🐣 🐇 🌺

We’re celebrating Leo’s first Easter with a morning of spring sensory play in the garden, followed by a picnic and a walk in the park with family. No chocolate for Leo this year - we painted some wooden eggs for him instead, which he still happily nibbled on 😂

I made up a tuff tray with a baby-safe spring scene and a couple of spring sensory bottles, plus we had a read of Spot’s First Easter, which is a lovely lift-the-flap story about an Easter egg hunt. Leo loves lifting the flaps in the books at the moment so this was ideal.

The sun has been out which means we’ve been outdoors all of the bank holiday weekend. I don’t know about you but Spring and Autumn are my favourite seasons so I’m absolutely revelling in all the “Springness” right now! Hope you all had a lovely Easter weekend.
