Grass Play

Spring days soaking up time with my little ray of sunshine. Sometimes slower, simpler days are the best 🌸💚

Leo took a long nap in the push chair while I wandered around the park and later loved chilling out on our picnic blanket taking in our surroundings (this one’s The Lake District PacMat from Rubbastuff and we love it!). His little magic hands started waving about excitedly whenever a dog came nearby and I loved seeing his focus face pouting at the grass, watching it fall from his hands.

It’s the simplest form of sensory play in the world but it’s perfect. Leaves, grass, flowers, animals. The sights, the sounds, the smells. They’re all so good for those developing senses, and it makes me so happy to see Leo enjoying it all
